Program Description

Later Nugget is an SMS-based memory capture service for parents. When you subscribe, we send text message prompts about your child to your mobile phone number. You reply with text, photos, or audio recordings to build a collection of memories over time. These memories can be compiled into digital and printed books.

Message Frequency

By subscribing to Later Nugget, you consent to receive up to 3 prompt messages per week, plus occasional account-related messages (confirmations, reminders, and service updates). Actual message frequency may vary based on your subscription plan and preferences.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Later Nugget does not charge per-message fees, but your wireless provider may. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can stop receiving SMS messages from Later Nugget at any time.

• To stop all messages, reply STOP to any message from Later Nugget.
• After sending STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.
• You may also opt out by contacting us at help@laternugget.com.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use Later Nugget. By subscribing, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided.

Subscription and Billing

Later Nugget is a paid subscription service. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (quarterly or annually, depending on your selected plan). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all text, photos, and audio recordings you submit to Later Nugget. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Later Nugget service (including generating your books and digital exports). We will not use your content for any other purpose.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. SMS delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network conditions. We are not responsible for messages delayed or undelivered due to carrier issues.

Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
