Later Nugget is operated by 19A, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our website and SMS-based memory capture service.

What We Collect

When you sign up for Later Nugget, we collect:

• Account information: Your name, email address, phone number, and your children's names and ages.
• Content you provide: Text responses, photos, and audio recordings you submit in reply to our prompts.
• Payment information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card number.
• Usage data: Basic information about how you interact with our service, such as response times and message delivery status.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Send you SMS prompts about your child at the frequency you selected.
• Store and organize your responses into your personal memory collection.
• Generate digital and printed books from your collected memories.
• Communicate with you about your account, billing, and service updates.
• Improve our prompts and service based on aggregate, anonymized usage patterns.

What We Do NOT Do

• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
• We do not use your photos, text, or audio recordings to train AI models.
• We do not place advertising or tracking pixels in our SMS messages, prompt response pages, or your private memory collection. (Our public marketing pages do use an advertising pixel; see Advertising and Analytics below.)

Third-Party Services

We use a limited number of third-party services to operate Later Nugget:

• Twilio: SMS message delivery.
• Stripe: Payment processing.
• Cloudflare: Website hosting and content delivery.
• Print partner: Book printing and shipping (only your name and shipping address are shared for fulfillment).

These providers only receive the minimum information necessary to perform their specific function. None of them are authorized to use your data for their own purposes.

Advertising and Analytics

We advertise Later Nugget on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. To measure whether those ads work, our public marketing pages (such as this website and our signup checkout) use the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta Platforms, Inc. It sets cookies (such as "_fbp" and "_fbc") and shares limited technical information with Meta, like the pages you visited and your browser type.

When someone subscribes, we also send Meta a purchase confirmation so we can tell which ads lead to real signups. This includes the purchase amount and a hashed (one-way scrambled) version of the buyer's email address. It never includes your memories, photos, audio recordings, or any information about your children.

These advertising tools exist only on our public marketing and signup pages. They are never present in your private memory collection, our SMS messages, or prompt response pages.

You can limit this tracking by blocking cookies in your browser, using an ad blocker, or adjusting your Meta ad preferences. Industry-wide opt-outs are available at optout.aboutads.info.

Our public marketing pages also use PostHog, a product analytics service, to understand how visitors move through our site (pages visited, buttons clicked, and general traffic sources). This data is collected under our own domain and is not shared with advertisers. It does not extend into your private memory collection.

Data Storage and Security

Your content is stored securely using encrypted connections and access-controlled cloud storage. We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Your Rights

You may:

• Export all of your data at any time from your account portal.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.
• Opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Upon account deletion, we will remove all personal information and media within 30 days. We may retain anonymized, aggregate data for internal analytics.

Children's Privacy

Later Nugget is a service for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. All content is submitted by the parent or guardian account holder.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the service. Your continued use of Later Nugget after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
